First Moves

((Yep here is Eli's stuff... ))

While not ignored, the words of the female druid before her went softly through the warriors ears. She was neither ignoring nor full-heartedly listening as her mind thought over the events of the night. Elizabel scoffed to herself on the thought. Damn druids. Her fist clenched tight against her arm.

"We each have our own place, our own skills and calling-" She paused.

Elizabel's eyes drifted open from her position, back placed firmly on the rocks behind her, arms crossed. She glanced in the direction of Ailac's body seeing the tendrils once more. These same tendrils that had taken hold of Xaneria and thrashed her body into this darkened coma. Elizabel raised her hand to her blade and leaned off the rock taking a step forward.

Neyeeva's hand raised.

Elizabel stopped, remembering the words spoken to her and gritted her teeth her hand tightly clenched against the hilt of the blade resting on her back. She watched closely, the motions of this druid, as the tendrils were brought to a calm.

"Healing is not my best talent." she commented to the warrior with a half hearted chuckle.

The druid's words went unanswered, Elizabel's eyes drifting back at Xaneria's body lying quietly on the stone floor. Her body shaking, Elizabel removed a cloak from one of Xaneria's bags and dropped it over her body, a slight jolt as the druid muttered her words.

"Lar... why... Eli?"

Her wide eyes lowered, pulling the cloak higher on the druid's body and her hand brushed the hair from Xaneria's face trying to keep her composure. Again her fist clenched tightly as she took a light breath. Sleeping before her, actually trapped in an endless nightmare was a face, a smile, that brought this warrior pleasure and peace. It would be weak to think that she would not return, not awake.

"Some...one..."

Xaneria's body flinched once more and her hand raised quickly in response begining to fall. Elizabel gripped the thin hand and held it for a moment, leaning down and whispering into the druid's ear. She paused in the position for a moment, resting Xaneria's hand back at her side, adjusting the cloak and standing to return to her position on the wall, uttering nothing, her eyes closing once more.

((one of these days....))
