((Edited this for Ney and made it a post :P This makes it easier to keep up.))
Neyeeva says, "It was not that, only that I was so reluctant to strick back. It made my responses slow, except when it came to defending myself against bodily harm. Mother thought I should be a priestess when she realized that. However I never felt such a call."
Neyeeva was abrubtly brought out of her verbal reverie when Ailac's body began its thrashing. She jumped to her feet from where she had been sitting, narrowing her eyes and studying the happenings of the body. Neyeeva's eyes grew wild with fear and alarm as she witnessed the Nightmare manifestations jump forth from Ailac's form. Quickly and decisively she shot a warning glance at Eli, holding her hand up to stay the warrior whom she knew was about to react to such a display.
Neyeeva took a quick deep calming breath as she went forward to Ailac's side with a wide, quick gate, taking long strides to get to her destination faster. Neyeeva instantly concentrated on the strong druidic powers deep within herself as she let forth a cleansing aura as potent as she could muster to wash away the threatening tainted Nightmare that was taking form. Neyeeva released the calming powerful energy about the entirity of the barrow, her arms raised up to the air her posture straight and high, her head bowed and eyes closed in hard focus as the magic did its work, slowly beating back the writhing coiling wave of Nightmare and dissapating it. Tiny beads of sweat appeared at her forhead as she released the potent magic. Ailacs body slowly began to return to a calm state as the Nightmare began to be conquered by the cleansing aura.
Neyeeva was only a druid new to her own powers, having mastered them earlier within the year, young both to her own society and that of the ways of a druid. The power of the Nightmare was strong for her to encounter and it took much work and energy for her to overcome it. When the Nightmare finally was gone, Neyeeva took a breath of relief both of physical and emotional release. She wiped the sweat beads from her brow as she bent down to Ailac's still form.
She knelt inspected his body for injuries. Neyeeva laid her hand upon the tormented druid's chest. A warm glow of green earthly light emminated from her spread palm as she focused the healing magic and directed it to the wounds from which the blood had poored. Once her work was finished, she rose to her feet, backing away slowly to the wall, resting herself against it as she let herself collapse against it, feeling a little more than drained of her rested and well stored energy. Healing was not strong in her and to do such a job as she had just done usually left her in such a state.
Neyeeva looked over to Eli, smiling weakly. "Healing is not my best talent." she commented to the warrior with a half hearted chuckle.
